If you are a consumer or family member needing help, advice or
assistance, we have
online volunteers who are happy to
take your letters.
Due to the tremendous traffic, there is not enough time in a day to answer everyone's letters, however we consider your letters to be very important and that is why we have excellent volunteers who are waiting to hear from you.
We receive many letters from people asking for information. All the information that we are aware of is on the website.
Many of your questions may be answered in the Ask the Dr. or Therapist's section of the website. It is common for us to receive questions where it has already been answered in these sections. I suggest you check out these areas first and if you don't find your answer, feel free to write a question in to the Drs. or therapists.
If you are feeling actively suicidal, call 911 immediately. If you are not in immediate risk but feel suicidal or are in crisis and need to talk to someone, you are free to take a look at our crisis line where you can email or call our volunteers. Or you can call your local crisis line.
Students, we cannot answer questions for you for your homework or thesis. As I said, everything we know is on the website and if we don't know it, we have provided all of the resources and links we were able to find.
