Crying Uncontrollably

Twice a month or less, mainly at night I cry uncontrollably, and feel so sad. I am and always have been an excessive worrier, but is not exact as to what is worrying me. My first thoughts were symptoms pertaining to PMS, but am not sure. When this happens to me my self-esteem is very low, and am very down on myself.

Now when this episode is over, I seem my normal self. Just want to know if this is a part of PMS or something more deeper going inside? Thanks for anserwing my question.

Sounds like acute episodic depression informed by hormonal imbalance...PMS. One natural way to stabilize your emotional state in this case is to supplement your diet with Evening Primrose Oil. You need to take it every day, not just during your period. Take it 3 months on, 1 month off. And Twinlab 1600s are the best product for this -- 2 in the morning. You might also want to include yams (sweet potatoes) in your diet a few days before, a few days after and during your period. Trust me on this one.

Try this out and see what happens. If this regimen doesn't stabilize your emotions, then go talk to a therapist about the possibility of underlying depression, as the teariness points to the possibility of something deeper...actually, I would be more inclined to say dysthymia -- s/he'll know what that is. Let me know how it all goes.
