What can i say, i know one day he will kill him self to get rid of the voices he has inside him tell him awful thing's. Hope you can answer this for my son .

Schizophrenia is a chemical imbalance. Basically, it's a birth defect of sorts...no different than if he were born with a club foot or a cleft palate. When he was developing, something in his brain didn't get wired quite right.

As for the BPD, that comes from people not having the skills to develop appropriate social reactions or responses to social cues. In your son's case, I suspect his perception of the world was a little off kilter as a youngster and so he developed this particular way of reponding to the world around him. In addition, BPD is informed by a tendency toward depression and anxiety...also chemical imbalance stuff.
