My name is Ellie and I am a 18 year old female.

I have suffered from self harm since I was 14 I am now 18 I still feel the urge in fact I struggle with it every day. Feeling desperate and depressed I have attempted suicide 3 times. I had counseling for about a year but it did not help me as I felt they did not understand. I am not a councilor but I would like to be a volunteer and help others in my situation who feel they have no where to turn.
