My name is Jerry and I am a 50+ year old male.

I would like to help assist in any way that I can. I am bipolar, and have been an chronic alcoholic the past 30 plus years. I have dual symptoms, as I used alcohol to self medicate myself. I am now in recovery, and am a patient of mental health and mental retardation. I am 16 months plus sober, have been through cognitive thinking, and am functioning very well. I would like to pass this information I have learned, and maybe I can too save someone, as someone has saved me.
