My name is Janet and I am a 53 year old female.

I'm 53 yo. RN. My life experiences with the diagnoses of Adult ADD, Depression, Co-dependency, Enabler and probable mother of a Borderline dtr. might be helpful to others. I've battled food addiction, grief (I lost my only son in 1998), an alcoholic husband, acute depression, obesity, fibromyalgia and care giver of my mother who has Alzheimers. I've worked in the mental health field but I'm very much the novice and claim no expertise other than life experience.
