My name is Namgyel and I am a 30 year old Female. 

I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder for around
seven years. I have tried just about every medication
that is out, finally on a good mix of meds. I have
been hospitalized four times for self harm. I consider
myself a recovering self injurer, it has been about
nine months now. But I know that it will always be
there, so I have to be careful. I am married. My
husband is very support, as is the rest of my family.
I have two daughters, there is chance my youngest, age
7 is bipolar. So we are dealing with that. I would
love to give support to anyone I can. I understand
what you are going through as a suffer, because I have
been there.
