My name is Tamara and I am a 19 year old Female. 

My dad has Bipolar. My dad got diagnosed when he was

in his 20's so before i was born.Since i was born he has ended up

in the pyschward 3 times. My dad usually gets depressed in the

winter and manic in the summer.It is really hard both ways when he

is manic you can't keep him under control and when he is depressed

you can't get him to do anything.It tears apart the family but we

have gone to couseling and that really helps.
