My name is Dora and I am a 30 year old Female. 

Thanks for giving me a chance to help. If possible, I would like to volunteer for the following disorders: PTSD, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety and panic disorder, divorce and self injury. For 2 years I have been diagnosed with PTSD. For 18 years I have been diagnosed with depression; I have self injured for 16 years. I was recently diagnosed with panic and anxiety and also bipolarity. In my field of work, I help people who are borderline, bipolar and also schizophrenic, which I have been doing for about 2 years.
Anyway I can be of assistance, even if it is just for someone to vent to, I would be glad to be here to help. It doesnt matter if its the sufferer or family. I live in the US, Virginia as a matter of fact and I am a 30 year old female.
Being diagnosed with these disorders has greatly impacted my life and the lives of those around me. I'm in the process of educating myself any way I can on these issues. More or less, I believe the best way I can help is by listening and possibly directing people to different options that may be in their communities. 
Right now, treatment is going so-so. They are still trying to find the right meds to put me on, but I find the best thing I can do at this point is stay active and listening to relaxing music, taking deep breaths through the nose and blow out of the mouth when I find a panic attack coming on.
