My name is Rachel and I am a 29 year old Mental Health Professional.

I'm a community mental health nurse. Been qualified for 10 years. Worked in the NHS all of this time. As well as my mental health nursing qualification I have a degree in psychology and am half way through a masters degree in 'Recovery programme in community mental health' (interventions to help people with psychosis). 

I do the masters one day a week and the rest in my spare time and work full time in an city community mental health team specialising in people suffering from severe mental health problems with complex problems. I've also worked in primary care based at a GP surgery, assertive outreach, in-patients facility and rehab.
