My name is Theresa and I am a 40 year old female.

I've suffered with bi polar illness for many years. I'm a 40 year old married mother of 5. I've spent many sleepless nights due to manic depression. I've struggled with the long periods of depression. I've also experienced the many mood swings and racing thoughts. I know the fear of trying new medications and needing to learn to live with the side affects. I would love to be a support to someone who is also suffering.
