Gavin. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder about 2 years ago after I
suffered a severe brain injury in a motorbike accident. I have only had
one episode of mania and several episodes of depression I would be happy
to correspond with other sufferers of a similar age to me ( early
thirties ) I have kind of just accepted the diagnosis because I have felt
like my whole life has been put through the blender in the last five years
since my accident, I have had to learn how to walk and how to get on
without the use of my left hand so, being diagnosed as bipolar is just one
more thing to deal with, que sera sera.
